Just place your contents inside, close the lid, and allow the jar to do the rest. Our stash jar excels at the two things required for proper storage: minimization of air exchange and having excellent regulation of moisture levels within the jar. Minimization of air exchange boils down to having a high-quality, airtight seal. Moisture levels, on the other hand, are regulated by the included Boveda humidity pack. Using some form of voodoo magic, the pack either removes moisture or adds moisture depending on how dry or wet your contents are. After about 6 months or so, the magic does run out.
