This bread is very easy to make and comes out perfectly every time. This is very grainy bread, much like we had in Ireland. The mix only requires milk and no rolling or rising time. The contents are mixed and placed in the pan and baked..

Fabulous brown bread
This made an absolutely delicious brown bread and if you are lactaid intolerant, you can use lactaid free milk.I did fine that I needed to bake it an additional 10 minutes in my Vulcan gas oven.
