Works extremely well, great microphone noise reduction
I was skeptical about the noise cancellation for the microphone, but these work great and I am very impressed! They are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time, very easy to operate with gloves on, and phone audio is clear as a bell. Even on my rather loud mower with the blades running, callers report they can barely hear a background hum and don't believe me when I tell them I'm sitting on a running mower. Battery life is good; I've run it all day long streaming music and it lasts the entire day on a single charge. Also I didn't realize how much faster the day of mowing would go by just listening to music. There are only two detractors I'll mention, although both are pretty minor compared to the performance of this thing. One is that the speakers don't have much bass. Not really a problem for just working in the yard and considering the operating environment, but you won't be DJ'ing any raves with these. Again not really an issue for just casual listening while working. The other is the noise reduction level. They're pretty good, just not great. I typically go for a higher NRR of like 30-32, so these let in more noise than I'm used to. I might not use these at the range, but they are certainly sufficient for normal activities like mowing grass, running the tractor, and chainsaw work. Along with the other features, I like these enough to use them over my other higher NRR hearing protection for all of my yard activities now.My spouse and I have struggled with maintaining communications when I'm out on the property all day working and can't hear nor feel my phone due to the noise and vibration. We've tried phones, mobile radios, even light signals. This completely solved our problem. Highly recommended, and despite being a little pricey they are definitely worth the investment.

BEST hearing protection/bluetooth/microphone/over-the-ear headphone under $100
I have owned these now for 2 months. I mow grass daily on average for 6 hours of continuous use each day on a 80 decibel riding mower. I have a large head and these fit perfectly. These will easily fit 90% of all human heads. I have never run out of battery power in part because I gladly recharge them each night to ensure full battery power. The bluetooth easily connected to my Samsung S7 edge phone and reconnects without issue after turning on for that day. The microphone is the VERY BEST in class. I tried 6 different Headphones (under $100) and all of the microphones were terrible at best. With this headphone whenever I talk with a person thru my phone I can do so at full throttle on the mower, all 80 decibels and though I have not been on the other end of the line I have asked each person if they can hear me (I project my voice well) and all of them have said they could hear me clearly with only nominal background noise. Exceptional performance. I have my phone set up that if I receive a call whatever I am listening to is automatically paused. After the call is terminated the thing i am listening to automatically restarts. This works perfectly for Podcast Addict and Pandora apps. A Bible reading app I use does not pause but the person on the other end cannot hear that reading. The volume of sound to my ear is my only complaint. If the person speaking whether live or on a podcast projects their voice I have no problems hearing. But if the person speaking is a low talker or they cannot project their voice well it can be hard to hear what is being said. For phone calls it has never been a problem. My Bible app is pretty quiet. Podcast addict and Pandora work perfectly fine. I do wish that Honeywell would make the volume amplification louder so that I could choose to damage my eardrums if I want too. (I would sign a waiver if I had to).An upgrade to this system (that I have not seen advertised and have no reason to believe that it will be implemented) would be to add Active Noise Cancelling. I would pay another 30 bucks on top of the current features, for this feature if it were available.Would definitely buy again and have highly recommended them to anyone that has asked me about them.
