You can use this as an after pool shampoo.
I believe the description of this product is primarily as a body wash. I used it as a shampoo after swimming at the club. It’s very gentle and is the best conditioner that I have found for my hair. I swim a lot for exercise and would have problems with frizzy dried out hair. Highly recommend.
