Seriously. This thing was an absolute lifesaver during those first miserable 3–4 days afterward. It gets cold really fast in the freezer and actually stays cold long enough to be useful — not one of those ice packs that turns lukewarm five minutes later and makes you irrationally angry at inanimate objects. 😂 The wrap-around shoulder design was also perfect because it stayed in place without me constantly adjusting it. I used this nonstop after surgery and honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about it. Comfort, fit, coldness, durability… all great.
