One of the best performance 120mm fans out
first i have been in the cpu bizz for years and did serious fan research for months. martins liguid lab, bitech, frozencpu, several site will have audio fan recordings to let you know what to expect. These fans have surpassed every expection. There are as good as my normal go to GTAP15.Bought 4 for a push pull config on thermaltake water 2.0 coolers. needed to keep a vm server quiet and cool. also needed a tight fit in a server case. On full speed they can be a little noisy, no whine just a lot of airflow movement. A little louder that gentle typhoon ap15, it is a different sound not so much hum but notecable in a room. using the motherboard fan control on balanced or normal fan speeds the fans a super quiet. with 4 in this case i am able to watch tv in the same room and it just sounds like a computer is on, no excessive fan noise under the right conditions. does a good job temp wise of keeping 2 xeon processors in the low 30's with a decent sound profile. Also they probably have one of the best quality packaging and accessories and build of any fan i have tested, ( i have tested almost every 120mm fan out), what i love about them are the braided cables that come in 2 different lengths. the fan has a small short cable attached and you plug in the fan cable length you need, make it very convenient for clean builds, top that off with the rubber built in, and the rubber mounts for the screws, and this is a winner.

Superb quality fans.
Bought three NB-eLoop B14-PS Black Edition fans to be used on top of 420 mm radiator due to their exeptional noise to performance ratio according to tests.Pros: Superb build quality and finish. Not completely silent at full speed, but all you hear is a low-pitch hum of the air moving through. At 950 rpm they are practically silent from 2 feet. Every fan comes with 2 detachable 4 pin cables - 20cm/8" and 50cm/20" (which can be chained to make 70cm cable) so you can attach a 3dr party cable or splitter cable of any length (and use default cables elsewhere). It also allows you to detach the fan from your system very easily without disconnecting the cable from the motherboard and disassembling cable management. Remaining short cable with 4 pin connector you can place anywhere you want from any side of the fan (see my picture).Cons: the outer perimeter of the frame is not a perfect square, so when you put the fans side by side on your radiator, they touch each other only in the center and leave two gaps for the air to escape (see my picture).

Highly recommended!!
This is a great product! Does all advertised!! Just have to deck out your whole build with these.

expensive fan, but probably worth it for specific usage.
Good fan, deals with static pressure and vertical orientation well so I used it on my CPU heatsink.I would like to have had the option to get this fan in a 800 or 1000 RPM version and of course I would have liked to see it at a lower price here in the US.The only technical thing I don't like about this fan is the RPM monitoring is erratic if the fan is running below 600 RPM but the fan still plays nice with speedfan and motherboard fan controllers, you just won't get good numbers out of it if you are running for silence, run it closer to full speed and the rpm data is good.the most recent roundup is http://www.silentpcreview.com/article1397-page4.html and the NB12-2 still tops the list assuming you keep the RPMs lower with fan control software or a fan controller of some type.the original review is at http://www.silentpcreview.com/article1342-page7.html it doesn't test as well at full RPMs as it does as a silencer fan but the data is there if you want to look at it.

Extremely disappointed
I had wanted to get these fans for a while because they are supposed to be pretty quiet while still moving a lot of air. I got them to replace all of my Be Quiet! Silent Wings 3 in my case and on my AIO which I could barely hear at all even with having 7 fans total...but now that I have these fans in my case...they are so LOUD!!! I have my PC set for silent operation, and I can literally hear these fans in a bedroom across the hall VERY clearly. And as if that isn't enough, my CPU temperatures since making the change have gone UP...right now after only spending a few hours relaxing with YouTube, my CPU temp hit 70c!! I have never seen it that high before! I had to take off the front panel of my case and blow some cool air in for it to come down to normal (or what seems like normal for a 2700X on an AIO).Needless to say, I am putting my Be Quiet! fans back in, and putting these fans on eBay. Not worth it in my opinion considering how much they cost.

Fantastic for radiators and extremely quiet!
I bought 2 of these for use with my EVGA GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 Hybrid since the included fan on the radiator makes an odd high pitched drone and isn't too quiet or powerful. They move much more air than the previous fan included with the GPU and keep temps down a few C. Load temp w/ original EVGA fan was 58C and with the Noiseblockers is 54C. The biggest difference is how quickly the GPU drops in temperature. It used to take about 5 minutes for the GPU to go from 58C to 35C, now it takes under a minute to go from 54C to 33C and about a minute after that it returns to an idle of 27C.I already own 8 of the 140mm variants of these fans and love them, they're quiet, move a lot of air, and have look great in almost any PC.These are fantastic fans, especially for static pressure needs, highly recommended.

Very sexy looking and quiet performing fans vs stock!
Built my first fully watercooled PC rig earlier this year and upgraded the crap stock fans on my AIO's with some Noiseblocker fans as the stock fans looked boring and the EVGA 1080Ti FTW3 Hybrid was also very loud for the cooling performance. My new rig is colored themed so the white Noiseblockers were a perfect fit and look very nice even when not spinning. They also produce much less noise then the stock fans, especially the EVGA Hybrid fan. I use the mobo to control the fan speed and got a perfect balance of cooling and very little noise. A little pricey but I'm very happy with the visual, audio and cooling result from these sexy fans in my new gaming rig build.

Was not expecting this much of a difference
Gotta say, I was not really expecting the difference to be this drastic when using these instead of the pre-installed NZXT Aer 120mm fan that came with my NZXT case. Thought the default ones would be great enough but these fans made me change my mind immediately. They are very quiet and also look quite good with my white case I'd say. I'm not really an expert when it comes to the technical stuff relating to their cooling performance but you can look for comparisons on YouTube and decide for yourself like I did anyway. In my case, the cooling performance does not matter as much for my NZXT H500 case, I was more focused on the noise level. I had them set up for a negative air pressure. They came with screws to mount them in case you need them but I used the ones my fans previously had on them. There are also 2 braided fan header cables each differing in length in case you want to do some cable management depending on how far away your mobo headers are.

Not quite silent, but close
Bought two of these with a view to quiet ending down my machine, which is getting on for four years old and running an Antec Kuhler 920 rather hot (due to overclocking) leading to some rather noisy stock fans. I popped a couple of these in as replacements, and found the noise much more tolerable, if not utterly silent - because the processor is so warm, the fans are at full speed whenever the computer does anything other than sit idle.Very impressive, really, and I expect these fans to last long enough to run slower (and quieter) when I get around to upgrading the motherboard and CPU in my build - the bearings seem ultra smooth and well built, and the casing seems well protected against dust intrusion. A little pricey, but if you want high pressure/high rpm fans that don't sound like an Airbus on takeoff, these are an excellent choice,

The best along with Bequiet range (some of them)
this is one of the best all purpose fans you can buy and the price really worth as they fantastic and reliable.Performance it's really good and they're very quiet, but if you go for the B14-3 and above this will change as RPM will be higher. If you want something more budget but good as well, try the Fractal Design GP series, Venturi it's very good for airflow but noisy!thanksHighly recommended.

It's a good fan when unrestricted
If the fan is unrestricted or used as an exhaust it great and seems to shift a reasonable amount of air from the case However, I also tried turning the fan around and using it with as an intake fan. As the side intake fan on a Cooler Master CM690 II case this causes an awful droning noise at high speed with the wind rushing against holes of this specific case. On other cases I've tried there doesn't seem to be issues.

Incredible performance, if a bit plastic-y design.
Fan arrived today, so I can't speak for longevity, or long term quality, but the product seems very sleek and well designed, though a bit plastic-y. The performance of the product however, cannot be called anything less than impressive. At the same RPM as the stock Hyper 212 evo fan it was purchased to replace, it performs consistently at 5-10 celsius colder, at similar, if not quieter volumes. If this fan's lifespan is as good as its performance, I am soon going to replace all of my fans with this one, or others from the same brand.
