This was a joy to use after my experience using a couple of analog scopes in the past. It's great to have the various signal measurements like RMS and peak and frequency all laid out in front of you. I use it for audio mainly so I can't comment on the high frequency performance. Some minor complaints are it's sometimes difficult to sync the waveform at sub 1V signals and the voltage meter mode readouts wobble up and down a lot and should be averaged better. It would get 6 stars if it had its own internal battery!

I gave this 'scope a quick try-out & it is an excellent entry level tool. I have not used it "in anger" yet 😀 . But am very happy with what I have seen so far.

I have spent a couple of hours using this instrument now and it continues to amaze me with its features and ease of use. Of very good design and build quality.A few issues to highlight...The mains lead had a European plugOnly one 'normal' probe - the 2nd is a high voltage type.The data decode works well but has a very short message length. On UART for instance it is just 5 bytes.

I cut my teeth on Tektronics 465B scopes. This unit far surpasses that old benchmark for the same price as refurbished 50 yr old Tek scopes. Included probes are heftier than the Tek probes so they should hold up much better. Manual and PC software isn't enclosed but is easy to find on the Hantek website. Early delivery - about 8 days.
