As far as curing or even improving the redness, the cream did seem to help. I included a before and after picture of the same arm around a week later.I'm thrilled that it actually absorbed into my skin and didn't leave it feeling greasy. My skin typically takes a really long time to absorb lotions/creams, but my skin had no issue quickly absorbing this product.The smell is very minimal and neutral smelling.Overall, I do think it helps the redness associated with keratosis pilaris. I'm also giving it a high rating because of how well it absorbs and moisturizes.

After giving birth to my second child my skin became severely dry and irritated. I've tried coconut oil, dermatologist recommended facial lotion, and nothing seems to work. I was told by my dermatologist it's hormone related seeing how my little babies only eight weeks old:( I really needed something to just take away the dry irritated feeling on my skin. This stuff works well and does not further irritate my skin. I know I need to drink ten times more water and let my hormones even out, till then I'll be using this for dry irritated patches.

After reading all the reviews this seemed it was going to be a great product. I had mild and minimal dry skin by my eyebrow and cheek.The "cream" seemed like it was whipped and ,if this makes sense, kind of watery at the same time. The moment I touched this cream I knew it wouldn't work and the $20 price tag has left me with serious buyers remorse. I wouldn't have paid more than $3 for this product. I don't know if I got a bad batch but this was definitely a dud had absolutely no results. I had better luck with some store brand Eucerin. I don't usually leave reviews unless I really love something or if I don't want someone else to waste their hard earned money on a product that's subpar. And I almost never leave a 1 star review but I really feel taken by this product.

I never write reviews but I had to write this one. I was plagued with red blotchy spots as well as peeling skin on my face. It got so bad I was using a dandruff shampoo on my face to remove the flaking skin. I went to three different dermatologists and spent over a thousand dollars on dozens of treatments that didn't work. I was always going to the men's room to scrub off the flaking skin. The embarrassment was unbelievable. This went on for over five years. I read the reviews for this product and said, why not. Within a week my wife noticed my face clearing and the flaking had begun to subside. That was three months ago. The red blotches and flaking skin are gone. This product did what one product I spent $175 didn't do. Believe me, this is not a BS review

I was hopeful this product would clear up the red rash on parts of my face and neck. After using for two weeks I notice it did not help in the least and wondering if the 5 star reviews are real. I don’t recommend this product if you have a rash on your face.

This Eczema cream is really good! It eliminated my dry, cracked skin but unlike most other creams I have tried this one doesn’t leave me feeling “greasy” and that’s huge for me. I don’t like the greasy residue that some creams and lotions leave. This cream absorbs into my skins but doesn’t dry out right away. I will be using this brand for a long time to come.

Makes my skin feel so soft!! I don't have major skin issues, but as winter comes it seems like my skin gets dry and cracked a little bit. I prefer it to stay soft and smooth and so far haven't had any problems. I love the way my skin feels after application, and I don't have the super greasy feeling that I feel like I get with some lotions/creams.
