Waste of money
The product is not working. I attempted to request a replacement by following the instructions provided on Amazon, but there was no option available for replacement. I was redirected to the chatbot, which was completely unhelpful and did not respond appropriately to my queries.As suggested by Amazon, I then tried contacting the manufacturer directly and shared all the required details, but I have not received any response so far.This entire process has been frustrating, and I’m disappointed with the lack of support both from Amazon and the manufacturer.

Don't buy this product ( fake chinese copy )
I bought this charger last month and all of a sudden this charger stopped working. Now I have no possible way to return this product. Just buy a genuine samsung charger from their service centre believe me u wont regret it.
