Quality product that just isn't the one for me. Quite FIRM for Latex! Dimensions are accurate
This is a very nice pillow but it's just not for me. I grew up with a latex foam pillow as a kid and just fell in love. There really is nothing else out there like it. It was spongy soft, never deformed, stayed cool, and just generally lasted forever. somewhere around 15-20 years in my case, no crap.Now comes my predicament. My pillow was finally on its last leg and I needed to be replaced. I was looking for something similar to what I had, big and fluffy, but squishes down when I lay my head on it. The first one I got was a really nice spongy one from Kohl's. It had the feel that I was looking for but was so thick at over 7" that is still wouldn't flatten down enough while laying on it that I got quite the crick in my neck when trying to sleep on my back. I should note that I am a back and side sleeper.I had a really hard time finding something that was a Queen size, and something in the 5" - 6" thickness until I came across this pillow. I thought that it was going to be PERFECT! Well, I'm sure that it will be for someone, but not for me. Quality is top notch, it has little to no smell, and comes in at 5" thick. My problem is that the pillow is VERY firm for a Latex foam pillow. If that is what you are looking for then this would be a 5 star pillow, but it is so dense that it doesn't flatten any less than my 7" original replacement, and therefore still gives me a crick in my neck while sleeping on my back.

Great pillow, even better customer service!
I love these pillows they are great, and so is the store. When I first ordered, I ordered 2 queen sized pillows, but unfortunately there was a mixup and when they arrived I got one queen and a standard. I thought about sending the one back but it just didn't really seem worth it to have to wait for it to get back to them and then wait more for a new one to arrive so I had planned to just deal with it, but after writing my original review and mentioning the issue they contacted me and offered to send me the correct pillow free of charge and also let me keep the one that was sent to begin with as well. Overall, even with the original mix up I have had an excellent experience! The customer service was top-notch and the pillow is fantastic. I will definitely be recommending to all of my friends!

Perfect replacement for the Dr. Breus Pillow
I was using the Dr. Breus pillow previously, but it was on its last legs. It's also no longer available, so I searched for a new pillow to take its place.I am a stomach sleeper, so I need a slim pillow that won't give me a crick in my neck.This pillow is the perfect replacement for the Dr. Breus one! I went to sleep, totally forgetting I replaced the pillow because there was no difference in height or softness.The pillow isn't squishy soft, but it's by no means a moss covered rock either. It's firm, but has give.It doesn't feel hot either.

Not particularly firm, awfully thin
I wasn't particularly impressed with this pillow. It was awfully thin (maybe 2" loft, total,) and kinda floppy. I sent it back for a refund.

Firm Pillow
These pillows are great if you like a very firm pillow. I found them to be much too hard for my preference. They did seem well made though.
