Great for making your own hair ties
These are great for making your own ties. I decided to try and make my own hair ties and I did some research and this was perfect. The store was too expensive but this is a great price for how much you get.

Better that fabric store FOE
Better than the FOE in fabric stores. It isn't wrinkled like fabric store FOE. It costs a lot less, too.

Good elastic, no flowers
The elastic works just fine. However, it did not come with the 4 felt circles and 4 flowers. It was no big deal to me because I wouldn't use them.
