I was buying direct from there site, and it was great to start with, but then I started issues with the site not working properly and I couldn't get them resolved. I've since found reviews giving Swanson low marks. I never had any issue with their products, but I keep wondering just how can you actually tell if a vitamin is doing anything for you? Myself, I will intermittently stop taking one, usually one I take for joint health, as I'm aging and have joint problems. That one is easy, if things hurt after stopping it, I restart taking it. Sitting here, without looking it up, I can't recall why I want the A or selenium, but the C is the antioxidant, which I do still take additional C, and the E was one of the recommendations I had for hot flashes, and in my mix, the benefits fit for other reasons too. I don't think anything stops hot flashes and I'm still surprised I haven't just spontaneously combusted at all over the last decade.
