245855 737 Hoof Pick with Brush, 7", Red

So we already had a pick but it didn't have the brush which was kind of a pain. The combo of pick & brush is much more effective in cleaning out those hooves so you can see what's going on in there when you are cleaning. It would be nicer if it had a more substantial handle but for the price it does the trick. Glad they were in stock again!!!

Does the job they were purchased for and I consider the price fair. I will buy another when it's time to replace the current tool.

This hoof pick is sized right for a man's hand and the brush holds up fairly well. After some use, the metal pick begins to fatigue and bend. When this happens we just use the brush for applying Kopertox as the pick becomes useless.

Great price, works well

I don't like this as well as the picks that are all one plastic piece. Also, the plastic bristles became bent sooner than I expected.

Love this pick. It works great. The brush really comes in handy when cleaning the hoofs. The pick part is the right thickness to get into the hoof but still manuever the little rocks out easily.

I bought this for my first horse. It works fine for basic cleaning of hooves. But, the metal pick could not handle the packed-in dried mud from the field. I had to buy another heavy duty one to handle that. This metal pick will bend with any difficult cleaning. I do not recommend it for "real horses".

I use this to remove grass from shoes after walking on golf course. Works very well. If I was using it for horses I personally would like more curve to the handle.
