All quality cell products come with standard cross-bracing on non-headered filters. These rigid cell filters provide high efficiency filtration in difficult operating conditions where indoor air quality is critical. Qualities are available from merv 11 to merv 14 and odor ban, in synthetic and fiberglass medias. Quality cell filters are available in galvanized metal frames from 6” up to 12” depths in standard or custom sizes. Molded plastic frames in 12” depth are available for standard sizes. Because customer SATISFACTION and quality are the pillars in which we build our business upon, we have redesigned our quality cell line of rigid cell filters to be stronger than ever. We've made cross-bracing standard on all of our quality cell filters for added rigidity. Cross-braces are found on both sides of non-headered cells and on the downstream side of headered cells. Our filters are constructed using aerospace-grade rivets. We figured that if these rivets are good enough for an airplane, they are good enough for our filters.
