Tycoon Cowboy's Baby Surprise (The Wild Caruthers Bachelors, 1) Mass Market Paperback – May 9, 2017

The main thing I like about this story is that it shows Texans as they really are and not some hick stereotype. As a fellow Texan I could recognize these people. That being said I wasn't that impressed with Nate. It was hard to believe how quickly he became a man who wanted a family instead of a horn dog. The author tried to show how nurturing he was with his younger brothers when they were young but he didn't seem to respect women very much (except his mother of course). And Kinley is very weak, falling into bed with him twice and not just for a quickie. I didn't even read the second sex scene I was that disgusted with her. But I did like the overall story and I will look for more in this series

Really enjoyed the story with the happily-ever-after. My problem, and the reason I did not give it 5 stars, was Penny. The character of Penny was a sweet, loveable little girl. But she does not act like a normal 2 year old. I would love to see what happens with Pippa. There has to be a story there!

Watch out for what you wish for. And what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay there. When childhood friends have a fun weekend together it left a lasting impact. But when she called to tell him he told her to forget about that weekend. Now three years later she is back to help his brother and fiance plan their wedding. But she is not alone. What happens when their secret is now two years old? Will he step up or step away?

This was a new author for me, and I don't usually stray from my favorites, but I took a chance on this book and LOVED it. So much so that I pre-ordered the next book in the series. I'm so happy I read it. Highly recommend!

I didn't care for Kinley or Nate. When Kinley got pregnant with Nate's baby and she tried to tell him, he blew her off using the old "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" b.s. And when they met again, every time she resolved to tell him the truth, she fell into bed with him. WTH?! He didn't think enough of her the first time around to care about what she had to say, and sorry, but i wasn't buying his "I'm not the same man" excuse. Even so, where was her pride? I would have respected her more had she been angry and he gradually wore her down, but no, she just kept sexing with the dude instead of telling him about his daughter. And when she finally did tell him he had the nerve to get angry with her. The only reason he didn't know about his daughter from the beginning was because he refused to hear what she had to say so it was all on him. I felt like the characters were not well crafted and I didn't understand their motivations at all.

Nice read. Couldn't put it down. H was sweet, loved the little girl. Hope there are more stories about this family.

Wow. He tells her three years ago to go get what hap p. Then hangs up on her. Now three years later. He wants to change her life to suit his. Only he doesn't realize. He should of done this three Yeats ago. They have never forgotten each other.

I enjoy ed the storyline. I like people having second chance s. I would recommend this to anyone believing in love.
