Purchased this for my 88 year old father. Works great! Simple to use and we have had no issues. It works independently of other electronics, so there’s no connecting to WiFi or other hassles. Just install and set up a personal code. The key fob works through walls. So he can let visitors in without having to be nearby. It’s difficult for him to move quickly, so this saves time and lets him be in control. He gives the passcode to trusted visitors and has placed a baby monitor in the front room so he can hear who comes in.

Because of the mixed reviews, which included a different model, I thought this one would have the Z-Wave capability. It doesn't, but this one has the remote fobs, which is more important. I don't have anything with Z-Wave yet anyway, and was just thinking about future add ons to the house. It would be nice to be able control it with my cell phone in combination with a Ring Doorbell, or something similar, when we are not home and a delivery can be put inside.It was fairly easy to install, as I was replacing the original door lock. I looked at the door jamb strike plate that came with the new lock and saw that it was larger. I waited until I could get a chisel to make the recess larger, but then I realized the exiting strike plate was suitable to leave in place.Programming is not hard once you get used to it. Just don't try going step by step reading the instructions as you go. It won't hurt to try, but you'll find that it times out if you take too long between steps. No harm done if it does.We do not have an awning or other protection for us to stand out in the rain fumbling with keys, so the remotes are fantastic for opening the door from the car, before running in, especially with hand full of grocery bags. We do have a storm door that protects the lock from the elements.

Doesn’t always lock. Keypad can be confetti a first time user as you don’t get a fresh keypad when you first try to arm or disarm. Random numbers will display and you have to clear them off before you get a complete keypad.

Arrived on time. Installed easily and has been working as advertised since installing. The remotes came with batteries installed.

I love that this door combination lock has a remote for my disabled husband, buttons light up and it's fairly quiet when it locks and unlocks.

I have no problem with this lock. Once you familiarize yourself with the features it functional. Nit much instruction in manual but it's easy to figure out

the remoter entry--works as we come into driveway--nice securityalso like the 3 option---keys----cominations---best is the remote
