This cooler is perfect for having bbqs or relaxing out in the backyard. Perfect for family life in general. I got it for parents-in-law, who enjoy sitting outside at the patio table and enjoying retired life. They use it most mornings when they have breakfast outside. They usually use it for drinks and for handling food when grilling (as a handy shelf), especially when we visit.As far as cleaning, his mom is really anal about keeping things clean, God love her. I've begrudgingly had the pleasure of cleaning it myself during visits (cuz I can't visit without cleaning something -_- lol). The outside comes clean really easy and looks shiny after each use. The draining plug at the bottom of the cooler is secure and works well, making cleaning the inside easy as pie.When not in use, it easily rolls away. I really like how stylish and up-scale it looks. It doesn't stand out like a sore thumb, which I appreciate. It goes well with their country home. The wheels and side handles make it very easy to maneuver, it glides well but we try to keep it on smooth surfaces, don't tempt the fates lol.The bottom has a tray for bottles, things for mixing, or whatever else. The top can also be used as a table when close. Each door opens separately as well, so you can leave one down (or use the bottom tray if it's free) for people to leave their used cups and stuffPops put it together, pretty much as soon as we gave it to him. He says he likes it-- it's a nice size, went up easy, and looks nice. There's a little side pocket there too, I don't really know what that's for. Looks like it might be a wine holder or something but I think they just use it for spatulas and the like.These pix were taken after a washing, just wanted to show you the size and aestheticsOverall, it's pretty much everything you want in a cooler: sturdy, easy to set up, can be used for things besides just drinks, and looks good in the yard.

This cooler worked amazingly for our get together! We still use it around the house when its just the family. Don't be fooled, this cooler actually holds 3-4 10 pound bags of ice. At first I had only bought one bag of ice while I was waiting for it to arrive. Boy was I wrong. By far the best feature of the HIO cooler is the bottle opener. (Picture Below) It made things so much easier during our get together last Friday night. Although the next few things may be small, they came in handy for me when hosting. The shelf underneath was great for wheeling things outside for our BBQ, and the drain spout on the bottom made life so easy when we had to empty all that melted Ice out of the cooler. All and all, loved it! Well worth the money considering the ones at Home Depot are half the size and cost the same amount.Pros:- Bottle opener- Drain spout- Wheel stoppers, to lock wheels in place.- Stand underneath for extra storage.- Huge cooler space (2- 3x the size of a regular cooler)- Outrageously easy to put together. It even came with the tools needed to fasten the parts.Cons:- Only the outside of the cooler is stainless steel. (I see other reviews stating it rusted. The whole product is not stainless steel and therefore should be noted that other non-stainless steel parts will weather if left out.) Not negative at all. I personally would not leave this unprotected 24/7 myself, due to its value.- Packaging/shipping is not all that great. Mine arrived with a ding on the lid and also needed a good wiping out. No big deal really for me, but definitely worth noting!(The pictures show the bottle opener, and also a few dings on the interior from shipping. But also, the construction was so simple my 11 year old son put it together! Also in the pictures!)

We received it in good shape. It's pretty easy to assemble, but you really need two people. The directions were clearand all the parts were in the package. We haven't used it yet, but it's just what we'll need when we have a party. Andit looks very good on our patio. Sturdy and easy to move around.

Outstanding. Kept ice for 2 days!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! A month and a week old. Already falling apart...of course the return window has closed. DO NOT buy this!!! I can't imagine how it will look in a year, very diasapppointed, wasted money!

Put together easily but 2 different kinds of stainless on front of box and dents and dings despite the box being perfectly untouched upon arrival. It had to have been damaged before packaging.

Cooler arrived with many dents and after a day and a little bit of rain some parts were showing rust. Very dissapionted.
