MERIDA'S CHALLENGE- Paperback – Coloring Book, May 15, 2012

Ever since Frozen came out, Merida and Brave seem to be rare finds anywhere... I consider myself VERY fortunate to have found this coloring book!And while it is a "Golden Book" and obviously meant for kids, the drawings are exactly what I was looking for as an adult "colorist"!Most selections available for "grown ups" are pretty disappointing for my tastes as I do not have any desire to color in nonsense swirls and repetitive patterns for hours (my preference is for "story-picture" clothing fashions, hair styles, and various environmental settings).So while some of the pages are definitely geared for the "younger" generations, there are enough pictures suiting my tastes that I am thrilled!!Just wish I could find more like it!

I thought my daughter would love this and did for a few days. But it is a coloring book. The pictures are well drawn, but she complained it did not have as many pictures of the main characters as she would have wished, namely, Merida. She colored every page in two days, but bemoaned the lack of Merida pictures to everyone. I guess she was looking for a Merida only coloring book. I did not count the pictures of Merida compared to the other characters, but since she colored every page, and it was Merida/Disney, I am sure it will be just great for your girl, so long as she does not count the pictures of Merida I guess.

This was a gift for my daughter. Brave was the first movie she say in the theater. She has gotten plenty of enjoyment from this book. It has many pages to enjoy. We were in no way disappointed.

Great book but seems more advanced than my daughters other look and find books. She is only two and some of the items can be hard for her to find but still great quality and she loves looking at everything.

Very well put together coloring book. A perfect size in page length and the right amount of coloring pages for keeping kids occupied.

Great options with more coloring than games. Got this for christmas and love it. Yes, I'm an adult and I like it! Im sure a child would love it too. Brave is a great shower which empowers young girls to build relationships with their family and have goals that don't circle around their "prince charming."

I got this as a gift for a friend of mine and she is absolutely ecstatic about it! I had to get myself one too and there are tons of coloring pages along with varying activities and the details of the artwork is astounding! Makes me want to watch the movie again!

The coloring book is cute and we love the movie. It keeps the 2 and 5 year old busy. I even had fun coloring a couple of pics.

Please note this is a colouring book. I cannot see anything in the description that says this. It is a nice colouring book with the story in words at the top but I was expecting a story book with coloured pictures.

I really liked how the story is presented in small pieces throughout the book. My neece was very happy when she received it, but the paper is brown and rough and quite ugly. However, she's happy
