I bought this to assist in creating a Witches skirt for my 5 year old for halloween. It was the kind where you just tie it to an elastic, so I was super happy to find this on a roll so I didn't have to cut it to size. It looked great when I finished but I will say by the end of the night it was tangled beyond belief and had to toss it after.

It's definitely bright. it will do perfectly.
