Seems a bit flimsy, and only 6 contact points for my 25 foot pontoon. I would prefer more. You can make it better by customizing it though. I have a universal cover and that may be part of the problem because it is a little large for my boat.

I'm always skeptical when ordering a product I haven't used before. We ordered this last year along with a 21-24' pontoon boat cover from Yescom. This cover suspension system works very well, and has outlasted the boat cover (I just had to reorder the cover due to UV deterioration). So long as you strap the cover tight and don't leave ANY place for water to pool, this suspension system is great!

It really really needs 2 people to put it together, but seems to be good. Have to go see how it is doing now 2 mnths later.

This item came very quickly, but it was not completely what I ordered. There were NO injection molded hooks as advertised, and the directions were for a bowliner (runabout), not a pontoon as advertised. There was no address or telephone number to call. I had to Google and even then came up short. The number given to me by one lady resulted in three days of no answers. When I did get through, I was told "Kaitlyn" would return my call within three hours. Did not happen. Next day, I called again, and was treated as though I was not important because they had been "extremely busy" dealing with other customers. Not surprised about that! Anyway, I persisted in explaining my dilemma until Kaitlyn finally said she'd have her manager call me. That didn't happen, either. I looked this company up on the Better Business Bureau and learned I was not the first customer to complain--there were 13 ahead of me. Found yet another number and called it. Finally talked to a "manager" called Mary, who eventually agreed to send the missing items. She sent the wrong hooks and NO directions. I would NOT recommend this company at all. They must be tooting their own horn to get the five stars that fooled me!

We recently purchased a 24ft pontoon and was searching for a cover and support system prior to tropical storm andrea working it way up the east coast. With no instructions this system is fairly easy to set up, just study the picture and make sure the clips are facing the right directions. After 4 inches of rain and some pretty decent wind this system held up to the storm, Im very please with this purchase and would definitely recommend!

Failed to support the top over the winter. Top ripped due to excess build-up caused by failure of the support system. Not designed to handle heavier loads such as snow that we get in upper state Michigan.

Not what I expected, strapping is low quality, poor design on the adjustable supports, not worth the price.
