One of the best printing PETGs I have purchased.
This PETG prints beautifully. I have purchased many brands and I usually stick to American manufacturers but I needed something quickly and this was overnight shipping. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this PETG printed better than many of the rolls I buy domestically. The width is incredibly consistent, shockinglybsibfir the price, which made filament calibration very easy. No blobbing or bare spots from thick or thin sections of filament. It also produces hardly any stringing after retraction calibration. I have PLAs that string more than this stuff. I blows my mind that they have such a well mixed plastic with such consistent width at this price point.Unfortunately my roll must have had a bad start during spooling because I kept having the end piece of filament sliding under the nearby filament as the spool turned which caused a tangle no matter how many times I cut and restarted. I asked the company if they had any ideas for fixing this so it would stop sliding under and they apologized profusely and sent me another roll entirely. Just genuinely so happy to find such a high quality plastic with great customer service behind it that is so affordable and available to me overnight. I don't make reviews at all really but I thought the company deserved some recognition and praise.

Recent Quality Issues
I've used around 50 to 100 rolls of Geeetech PETG in white for about a year. After trying many brands, this has been my go to because it prints really well and has a good color and sheen. Unfortunately, I've had a lot of recent issues with the quality. Here are some of the issues:I've always had a problem with the end of each roll which had a 'J' hook at the end where it sticks into the spool. If you don't catch it (when it gets close to the end, I snip it off before it goes through the printer), that hook can get caught in your printer extruder (especially on the Prusa MK3S+) which requires disassembly to get it out.Recently, I've had at least 3 different rolls have "bulges" in the filament (see photo). This is a nightmare to deal with on the Prusa MK4 because the filament gets jammed in the nozzle and it extremely difficult to clear out. It's also caused failed prints on the Bambu Lab P1P becuase the filament cannot fit through the tube. This type of defect, especially repeatedly is unexceptable. And lastly as pictured, there was one role that completely changed color mid-roll. Again, this is a failed print and I just have to throw it away.I hope they get these issues straightened out. And if they also figure out a better way to end each roll so it doesn't have that annoying hook, this would be again my favorite.Sadly, for now, I'm cancelling my subscribe and save. I'll begin seaching for a new go to filament.

Amazon, shame on you....Geeetech, take notice...
The filament itself is great - but the packaging lost you 2 stars, Geeetech. In this day and age, Amazon is delivering more in bags and less in boxes...the fact that your filament was in a normal zipper bag, not vacuum sealed? That's not ok. Add in Amazon's handling of the package and final shipment preparation, and things like the photo can happen (for those of you only reading the words, the part of the spool that the end of the filament is secured in snapped offduring transit). Now, I have to worry about if it got tangled during transit as well, and because I have a Bambu Lab printer with the AMS, I cannot use this spool in the AMS because it wont roll properly because of the missing piece. I doubt anyone reads this, but if either Geeetech or Amazon ARE reading these, please do something about this. This should never have happened if it was packaged properly by either of you.

PETG - Nice bright White
I’ve used Geeetech filament before & I’m always amazed with their quality. What I liked was:Comes vacuum sealed with an extra ziplock for storage.Good adhesionStrong layer adhesionNo stringing easy to printI alway print a temperature tower for new filament spools. The 1st tower showed a lot of stringing and signs of moisture which is quite common for any filament. I dehydrated the filament and the 2nd tower after the filament was dried had very minimal stringing.I’ve posted a video so you can see for yourselves the quality and the settings. I used Cura slicer.I am very happy and am going try try more of their filaments.

Better than pla
Even though PetG requires higher temperatures, it is more durable than PLA.
