Yep..it cleanses you thoroughly. Did not finish the cleanse as I don't think it would have been healthy for me to do so. Still have a few pills left. I am sure that is not what you are supposed to do but for me it is.

I would like to ask others who have given this more than 2 starts when they started to experience colon cleansing bowel movements. I am on day 3 and I have NOT had anything other than my regular movements. It is not giving me a cleanse at all. Better of buying senna tea cheaper and getting better results.

I have been using for three days now. I feel much better and happy that I made this purchase. It has done it's job well.
