I like the tart taste and drink it straight without mixing into anything. Using for purposes of neurotransmitter synthesis in hopes of countering some TBI issues with short term memory (Traumatic Brain Injury sequelae). Also using for fat metabolism to slowly remove fat from liver and to support bile production in gallbladder. Choline Citrate differs from Citicholine which is better for brain, but the Choline Citrate supports a variety of bodily functions (including brain). I'm glad it helps with magnesium uptake but I haven't had any problems with magnesium-induced diarrhea. I noticed though that my leg & foot cramps went away, so it must be helping me absorb the mag better.

A bit expensive but great for purity, quality, and easy to take. 5ml daily. I see lots of complaints about bad taste... Very overblown, though taste is subjective. It is sour like really tart apple juice, it is a citrate (citric acid) solution after all. Just drink a few sips of water after and it's gone. Adding to a full glass bottle of water makes the whole lot sour, so avoid that. I drink straight no dilution or in one ounce (single shot) of water, mild sour with no lingering aftertaste. Choline citrate also aids in magnesium abortion unlike every other Choline compound.

I know that magnesium relieves cramps in my legs and feet during sleep, but the diarrhea was causing a lot of problems. So I did a search engine query and found a video by Dr. Susan E. Brown, who recommended choline citrate to help your intestines process the magnesium. I was surprised and intrigued to find this product, which was very easy to integrate with the powdered magnesium supplement I take before bed. At first, I didn't notice much improvement, but after a couple of weeks the diarrhea turned into soft stools, and after a couple more weeks the problem pretty much went away. I am truly astonished at the improvement, and grateful to have found this product.

Helps with mamory

I see some people say the formula is diluted , it’s not. The previous formula had 1300 cholin citrate which is is 400mg cholin but the new label just says 650 mg cholin which means the new formula have 1700 mg cholin citrate so it has more. My issue is with the vegetable oil the have in the formula since I bought it for my wife to use during pregnancy. Any way this is probably the highest cholin supplement since the other formulas usually have 60-100 mg cholin in form of cdp cholin (500 mg ) or others.
