Works great
Did what i needed as waxing body hair and facial hairs... A little bit stringy when pulling the hot/warm wax from the pot... Still worked great, cools very quickly on the skin. Has a slight "green tea" smell,No irritation after using, would recommend, I DID NOT need waxing papers to pull off the hairs. Only takes about a full 5-10 seconds to harden for waxing.

Do not work!
It does hurt more than the regular wax and for me it didnt take out my hair at all.

Why such bad ratings ?
Don't know why the reviews are so bad. It's a soft creme wax and ive used it all over, and it's perfectly fine.

Not as great as I was hoping being I love rose scents.
There seems to be something in these that make the wax a bit more slick and not stick to the hairs as the black. Honestly, I never smelled the rose scent. Going to stick with the black wax beads as those seem to stick better and will get the hairs out! Disappointed with these!!!

Not for me.
I know wax is supposed to be hot but not so hot it scalds. I'm not an idiot.. But one. There were no instructions, so I asked my girlfriend to help me, because she went to school for all of this. Two, product didn't remove hair unless extremely hot, tried various times and temperatures and obviously by looking at my picture, one time was too hot but nothing else lifted the hair so we tried a little longer. That picture is 2 weeks after waxing. Lesson learned: product not for those with tough hair maybe, or sensitive skin. I don't know but not for me. On the bright side, company refunded money. So at least I got my money back.
