I like the Umbrella because it fits well in my bag and when i use it, it's much bigger than regular pocket sized umbrellas. Yes, the issue i had was a user error and not the product itself. Follow up review I received my replacement and it works great, I gave it a dry run with several open and close operations and it was flawless, I was able to use it the other day and just like the dry run it preformed without a hitch, the teflon coating really works well just by closing it the rain gets knocked off almost completely and like I mentioned above I do like the size it opens to it handles well in the wind too.
