I ordered it new from amazon but it looks used as there is a sticker that is half peeled off. I can't speak to how this works because I can't use the product. There is no customer service number to call either. ### ⭐ Dont buy this cheap imitation *by S***D on Reviewed in the United States on June 1, 2012* This product, Pool Protector by Tranqulity is obviously an imitation of the Pool Guard product,be careful if looking at which one you are buying, in the pictures they look the same. The alarm after repeated testing would not function, The alarm light did not work so you did not know what mode the unit was in. The sticker over the light looked to have been partially ripped off the face plate.
