I don't know what people are talking about when they say: "this thing makes smooth drinks" and you "...hardly have to charge it at all"I left this in my office over the weekend, on Monday, I came in w/ my bag of fruits and veggies and tried to use it for the very first time, the darn thing wouldn't even budge! It would give a very weak churn then die, churn then die...so I figured I needed to charge it. Dumped out all my stuff, charged it all day Tues (today), been charging since 7am, now it's 2pm. I decided to use it again see the charging light has turned blue (from red).I put in frozen blue berries, frozen rasberriies, some frozen green spinach, and a small piece of frozen peach....blended for about 5 mins...my peach is still in a big chunk....I didn't want to waste any more time so I chug down the liquid part.I then added some hot water, and the rest of my frozen berries and veggies...and for another 3 mins, this thing blended (initially it gave me the dying churn again), now look at the picture...for 3 mins of blending with hot water, anything frozen should be disolved by now, but there's still pieces of blue berry that can be seen....and this thing is running like it's dying again...remember it's been charging all day now....what a waste of money and effort...don't buy!!

I was impressed by how many 5 star reviews this got so I gave it a try. I was doubtful that this thing was powerful enough to juice fruits and vegetables and I wasn't disappointed. The first thing you need to do is cut all the fruit/veges up into small cubes (mine were 1/2" - 3/4") Then they say put a little water in it to get things going. Already, my juice is now at least 1/2 water. After grinding up some carrot and apple (it took about 15 minutes) I had a cup full of wet pulp. I opened the top and turned the unit upside down into a cup and got about 3-4 tablesoons of liquid (mostly water). So i got out a strainer and poured the pulp into it, smashing the pulp around with a spoon to squeeze the juice out. I was disappointed again because I only got about 1/4 cup of liquid (half water) total for one carrot and an apple. This is not a juicer if you think that you will get juice out of fruits and veges. It is basically a small blender that frequently freezes up on solids. So if you want to mix say, apple juice (just the juice) with blueberries, it will probably do just fine, but if you were expecting more, you will be disappointed.

CAUTION!!!! DANGEROUS!!!For all those who said it didn't blend or started working then froze up and stopped..... you are LUCKY!Mine is in the kitchen running NOW and will NOT TURN OFF. There is no off switch its one button on or off. As soon as it started to blend my fruit it started smoking so I emptied the contents and now it wont turn off and just keeps getting hotter and hotter. I have been a member of Amazon since 2010 (according to my profile) and I have never returned anything I purchased on here. Now will be my first attempt. Wish me luck with the return process, ugggg. thanks!

I was surprised on how many good ratings this product had. That's why I bought it. I do not like giving a bad review... however, once this product arrived, I opened and it looked so good! I was so happy and excited to try it out. I charged the 3 hours recommended, and once I turned on - the blade came out!! Then I realized the cup is so small, I could not fit my hand inside to tight the blade. I found a tool to screw the blade back into place, and once I turned on again, the blade could not stay into place. I sent a message to the vendor, asking if I could exchange... no answer, no apology, just a refund. So sad, as I am still looking for a good product.

This is an update to my earlier review. I do travel a lot and bought this juicer so I could make a smoothie on the go. Unfortunately, this only worked for a few times. The design isn’t good at all! The blade is connected to the base where you have to clean. Which means to rinse it, you have use water - water and the power source...not good at all. Stopped working almost immediately! It you are looking to buy a travel juicer, look for one where the blade disconnects from the base where you need to clean the juicer.

Could be better for the price. I kept it but I would have been better off buying a mini blender from target. The automatic shutoff happens too often. I realize its a saftey issue but it gets very fruatrating that it happens so often on an attempt to make just 1 smoothy. The idea is great however I honeatly wouldn't recommend it for the price.

It does what it has to do. not for blending ice or solid fruit. Perfect for protein mix and milk or water.

I charged the juicer about 4 hrs not working, then charged overnight, the light was on but never working. I tried to operate couple times with & without fruits still not doing anything, very very upset & upset more if I see that juicer, don't have time to contact co. for refund. I put in the trash & feel stupid when purchasing this, waste of time & money. Lesson learned
