Good so far
After making some lifestyle changes and dropping 60+ pounds I have been looking for ways to help me maintain myself and help me out in the gym. I added this about a month ago and I think it is helping with maintaining and recovery. I don't do heavy lifting and am not trying to bulk up so I can't comment on that. I'll update after I go through a bottle or two.

This product gave me enough energy to perform well at the gym. My muscles also seem more lean. The least thing I likes about this item was that the bottle only provides a 30 day supply for the price.

Made a Difference So Far
I have been on this product for 9 days now and I can report the following:After 2-3 days I felt better. Less aches and pains particularly in my back from being 38 and working out a lot. I wasn't sure if this was the placebo effect but I think it does make a difference. After intense, heavier weight workouts now I feel sore, but not as sore as I normally would so I do believe it is doing something there. They say Laxogenin has a good anti-inflammatory effect, I agree.I feel stronger. Not a ton, but a decent bump in strength. I don't know if I will gain much muscle as I am still keeping calories low to remain lean being summer and all. I imagine if I were eating a bit more or in a true bulking phase, this would work well....I have stopped using my fat burner as they say Laxogenin also has some fat loss effects and look about the same as before. Again, mostly due to calorie maintenance probably. I am only taking 1 pill a day because it's highly dosed at 100mg so I will have a full 2 months to review this fully. I will report back...Update: So I've been on this product for a couple of weeks now, and so far so good. I feel good, definitely a bit stronger and less sore / achy overall. I did notice a nice difference while on my cardio day yesterday. I ride an upright indoor spin cycling bike with manual, turn dial resistance. I use HIIT style training for conditioning and fat loss. I noticed I had to turn the resistance dial quite a bit farther this time to dial in that resistance compared to what I had been doing before. I also felt more gas in the tank to keep pedaling at a high speed and intensity as compared to before. I would say this is a definite indication of power and muscle endurance as well..
