Exceeded my expectations!
I got this DVR with a free next day shipping. I installed this unit to replace an old NightOwl DVR that suddenly quit recording. Recently I installed an HD on it so I'm reusing it with this new DVR. So far, it's being great. It has more features than my old DVR. The one aspect I love the most is the configuration to use it with devices such as iPhones. Their app allows to scan the code located on top of the unit and pretty much that's it. With my old NightOwl I had to call them to let them access my PC and configure it. The whole config could last between 30 mins and an hour.This unit has more than I needed and the price seems to be right. The company offers 2 Years Warranty for parts and machine, which creates more peace of mind. I hope it last long years as my old NightOwl.

NO SUPPORT!!! Don't buy......
No support for this product. I am unable to connect to this dvr via the scan utility, it was suppose to be scan and go for setup using their app. No info on support could be found.
