So the consistency is like syrup which was strange at first since I've always taken protein in powder form but I got used to it fast. I really like how convenient this protein is to take, it's just 2 tbs and your done! I've also noticed how well my body handles this protein, i've tried some proteins that have given me stomach pain but not with this one at all. It's great to have a product that I can take on the go, I don't even need a blender bottle just a quick shot of protein straight from the bottle.

I’ve been using liquid chisel for years. I take a capful in the am before work (I’m a teacher)and it keeps me satiated for a good part of the morning. Not to mention it helps with my skin, hair, and nails too. I am not a weight lifter but I am sure it helps my muscles too. I feel great when I take it and if I forget a day, I can tell. I’m hungrier a lot faster than usual and I don’t seem to have as much energy either. It’s not a stimulant though. It’s just the protein they fuels everything. I LOVE THIS STUFF! A+++!!!

I had a nissen fundoplication surgery (stomach wrapped around esophagus to stop acid reflux). I couldn’t eat solid foods are do hardly anything. Being a heavy weightlifter I felt like my body was falling apart. I started taking this, and my healing improvements went through the roof. Now I’m getting back to the gym and continuing to take this. It’s the best protein I’ve ever had. Being prior infantry in the army I’ve taken almost every kind of supplement stuff out there. This is good stuff. It’s expensive but worth it.
