I have a Late 2016 MacBook Pro w/o touch bar 13" laptop for perspective.This hub works exactly as described and works well - However, being that it only has one USB-C connector, it slightly wiggles, and that makes me wary that it could damage my port because of all the excess movement. I feel like this item would be even better if it had the dual connectors to reduce the wiggling. The wiggling has caused issues with the hub staying in place, and it is quite noticeable since I use it to connect to a larger monitor. If the connection were as substantial as my Apple type C cables, that would be amazing.Another note, the hub is the smallest bit thicker than my laptop. So that concerns me when it is sat down on a level surface (which goes back to the fact that it wiggles).I do apologize for the lack of photos. I tried to have accurate descriptions.

The product is fine , i ve had it for a month now seems to work fine. I have a macbook pro , both usb inserts are located right next to each other , I cant charge my laptop because the device covers both holes. So i can only use one thing at a time also I feel like sometimes the internet seems to be effected by this , my signals go very low and internet stops working until i take it out. So i don't know I would recommend buying a wire one.

UPDATED--SEE BELOW. Works perfectly...but only when carefully positioned with the MacBook. Its single point of attachment is its USB plug, leaving it to wobble lose way too often.UPDATE: THE MANUFACTURER VERY KINDLY SWAPPED OUT THE UNIT AND I'M QUITE SATISFIED. Maybe the way I was using it caused the loose connection via the USB-Port, but absolutely no problems with this replacement and now I recommend. In general, I think hubs either need a two-USB-C mating to the MacBook Pro, or be on a cable. I like the several functions that the hub handles, freeing up my laptop;s ports. Hope you enjoy yours!

I bought this product for my best friend. She told me the first week she used it, it worked out fine but then she said after a couple of weeks the adapter became loose and would fall out so she had to keep her MacBook stable in order for it to not disconnect. Hideer Technology found out about my issue so they sent a friendly email saying that they would send a replacement for free. Honestly, the best customer service I've had through my online purchases. I received the replacement immediately and gave it to my best friend to try and she said it worked out perfectly. I've been using this for about 3 weeks now. I got this because I wanted to have not only USB 3.0 port but also HDMI output. I like the fact that it is all in one so that I don't need to buy many different adapters. Also I like that it is relatively cheap and the design is sleek and almost matching my MacBook Pro color (space grey: the hub is slightly lighter).At first, everything worked fine.When I connect this Hub into my MacBook Pro, it covers both of my ports. (I have 13" no touch bar model with 2 USB Type C ports on one side). However this hub has the USB Type C port as well. So I could charge when I use this hub for HDMI.Since a week ago, every port of the hub works fine but the USB Type C port. I couldn't charge when I connect my laptop to tv using HDMI outlet.I don't know if I'm just unlucky or what... I can still use it since the battery of my laptop goes long.However every port and output should work properly.

Very light in weight! The USB C adapter comes in handy if you have a laptop with the USB C port which would be future moving forward, It has a Memory card slot for Micro and the standard card and also the two USB ports and 1 USB c Port, it will come in handy when you have additional devices at home!This can also be a great gift to your friend.

This USB C Hub is incredibly useful and versatile!I purchased this primarily for the card reader.I am photographer and sometimes need to open multiple cards at once.It works perfectly, and I have no complaints.I love that it is compact and easy to take with me on the go. I recommend this USB C Hub. I use this with my MacBook.

Really great product. I wanted an all-in-one adapter for my MacBook Pro Touchbar and this is really the best out there for the price. Most come with USB, SD, and an extra USB C slots but I also wanted an HDMI. This was one of the few I saw that had an additional HDMI port and now I don't have to worry about buying extra cables! This one has everything I need. It's also very lightweight and looks great with the laptop.One con: if you have a laptop case on, this adapter does not fit well. I had to shave off a piece of my case (not too noticeable) so it could plug in properly.
