Question 1

Should this product be taken separately from your other nose-to-tail products, in order to prevent the calcium from interfering with iron absorption?

Accepted Answer

That's right! If your goal is to improve iron status, we suggest taking our "Living" Bone product a few hours away from your other Ancestral Supplements such as Liver, Spleen or Blood Vitality because calcium inhibits the absorption of iron.

Question 2

I am a nutritionist and had difficulty finding a quality calcium supplement, until your Living Bone, amazing results! Please share the trace minerals?

Accepted Answer

We believe in the ways of our early ancestors — this, in part, is how we honor them... our early ancestors never had access to a nutrient assay nor would they had even known to care about the very few known "nutrition facts" that appear on labels today. We believe that the real nourishing magic comes from the perfect mix of minerals, peptides, proteins, enzymes and cofactors, etc... all things absent on nutrition panels. As such, we don't regularly perform assays with our whole food products because they exist in harmony with nature... they exist in harmony with the ways of our ancestors.

Rest assured, our "Living "Bone is abutment with the optimal ratio of mineral composition to support bone health. This ancestral superfood is especially rich in calcium, phosphorus, essential trace minerals like boron, magnesium, strontium, & sodium, as well as type I collagen and bone stimulating peptides (IGF I & II, TGF β, Osteocalcin). These essential nutrients all work synergistically with each other in harmony with nature, and in harmony with the wisdom of our ancestors.

Question 3

Can your products help with hair and skin as well as bones and joints?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We suggest starting with our Beef Liver & Bone and Marrow for hair, skin, bone, and joint support. After a month or so, if the desired results are not achieved, you may consider adding our "Living" Collagen, "Living" Bone or Tallow for additional hair, skin, bone, and connective tissue support.

Question 4

Can the Living Bone supplement help restore and protect your tooth enamal?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Our fearless leader's wife is a holistic biological dentist of over twenty years... she prescribes our Beef Liver, Living Bone, and Pure Marrow, right alongside sensible sunshine for Vitamin D (or Fish Eggs), fermented veggies like kimchi (rich in vitamin K2) and magnesium oil for virtually every patient. This makes a world of difference in tooth remineralization.

Calcium, Vitamin D, K2, and magnesium work synergistically together to promote strong, healthy bones. An imbalance between these four nutrients (calcium, vitamins D and K2, and magnesium) is why calcium supplements have become associated with an increased risk of heart attack and stroke. One of the best ways to ensure you're getting enough of all of them is to get regular sun exposure to optimize your vitamin D levels, and to consume a nose to tail ancestral diet rich in these essential nutrients. Living this way, your body will have the raw materials it needs, to do what it was designed to do. Here are some suggestions for ancestral foods that provide these bone-building nutrients.
