We then tried ring bologna to see if something that simple would cook. In less than 10 minutes perfect ring slices of bologna was completed and it was simply delicious. Something that simple can take on new flavors. But it was how quick and delicious it was done in an attempt to show them how it works. The first item cooked in it was frozen french fries. The second, breaded (not frozen) shrimp. I followed the directions but both the potatoes and the shrimp were overcooked. Let's just say they were 'really' crunchy. Now for the unit itself, I love it. It's not the gargantuan air fryer I saw at a box store. It fits nicely on my counter. I love the ease of controls. All I have to do is 2 actions-set the temperature and set the time. Easy-Peasy for me.... a chef I am not.. It's a breeze to clean up.
