Great product, this works in south america perfectly. Just check if the carrier you are using has a compatible network!!The box came with NO instruction manual on how to use the product or what the buttons are for. THIS WAS THE HARD PART BECAUSE THE WIFI NETWORK WAS BLOCKED AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO FIND OUT THE PASSWORD.HAD TO LOOK FOR THE MANUAL ONLINE.

Maybe avoid this device? Look elsewhere?
I bought one of these through my local T Mobile retailer and it works but can be very sporadic. It is used in my car to provide internet to my Android head unit. Often when getting in the car I cannot turn the unit on and I have to pop the back off, remove the battery and sim card then put it back together. There has got to be something better available.

I can honestly say that buying this crappy hotspot device was my worst decision ever.It came dead after days of arrival. Not recommended to anyone.

Avoid. Find something else.
Worst mobile device I have ever owned.Hold the power button too long and it resets to defaults. Problem is, you have to hold the power button 3-5 seconds to turn the thing on in the first place. If you get to 8-10 seconds, the device resets to factory defaults.Wonky battery wont charge when it is in use.
