These rings are easy to size up and down. I wouldn’t purchase for the lymphatic benefits however they are very fashionable. Could be fitted from a ring size 6 to at least 11! Good news!

Been using it. Trying notvto wet it , but even with my sweat leaves a black discoloration in the skin.

I noticed less water retention when wearing the rings. Downfall is they turn colors if you wear them in water.Suggestion remove rings when you wash your hands and release your body of toxins

Ring turned finger green, tarnished.

I really liked the look and fit of the rings. Not sure it they worked, didn't notice I had to pee a lot more. Wore the rose gold ring for the day and it did discolor my finger and the paint rubbed off

So these rings are simply amazing. I have lost inches and weight and the fat is just melting off like hot butter and my body is toning up and my belly is getting smaller and yes I eat whatever I want and I have not walked in y treadmill for way too long . I feel amazing. The rose gold and the gold rings tarnish and may turn your finger green, but they are definitely doing what they are meant to do .

Looks great, fit great. Nothing happened.
