Jennifer Collection porcelain pasta bowls Set of 6

I read previous comments and agree the bowls are too small and shallow for use as a huge main course of pasta only dinner. One would have to refill the bowl but that's not earth shattering. However, the bowls are perfect for a pasta starter dish with main course to follow and perfect for salad to accompany any meal. I purchased three sets to accommodate guests and used the bowls for salad at Easter. I then used the bowls for lobster ravioli as the meal starter to a roasted chicken dinner. Perfect shape, depth, and overall size for both the salad at Easter and ravioli during the week after. The neutral white color actually matched and complimented my dinner plates which have a white background and colorful floral design . I had been searching for just the right pasta side dish or salad bowl. These bowls fit all my needs. Very, very happy with my purchase and seller.

i prefer a dinner bowl over a plate and these are working well. i wish they were a wee bit lighter since we eat on the couch sometimes, though they are some of the lightest i could find - and the least expensive for the quality.

I have to agree with some of the other reviewers on the fact that these are not pasta bowls. Unless you are on a portion control pasta diet, you’ll be disappointed. They are shallow so forget about serving soup on them. Nevertheless, they are very nice (salad, appetizers) size bowls.

I really like these plate/bowls. They're the perfect size for me and hold the right amount of serving size. I use the often for salads and pasta dishes.They're easy to clean and have held up to multiple uses. They even wash well in the dish washer.

these are DEFINITELY salad plates with a low side. they're not the big salad/dinner bowl you're looking for. BUT, if you're looking for a salad plate, they're good quality although a little high-priced for what you get. as someone else said, not worth returning and they're okay. just not the generous vessel I was hoping for.

these bowls are lovely, just smaller than I wanted. they measure 1-1/2" high. I have decided to keep & use as small serving bowls since the return postage cost is 1/2 the cost of the items.Update :. After using these bowls a few times I really like them. They are perfect size for dinner serving dishes.

My kids only like to eat pasta from a bowl.These are perfect size and stack nicely in cabinet and dishwasher A great purchase for the price

Very pleased with these bowls. We use them for many different things like salads, cereal, soup, mixing eggs for omelettes, etc.They are attractive and very sturdy. I would recommend these to anyone.
