I like this headset. I've tried several corded and bluetooth headsets and so far this is my favorite one. You can hear very clearly, and from what people tell me, my voice is very clear to them on the other end. Very comfortable, and for a $50 headset, this seems to be built pretty well. My only wish is that it had the volume +/- and mute buttons on the cord. This is the 3.5mm jack version and it does not have the controls on the cord like the USB version does. You have to control the volume and mute options from your phone.

I've bought many wired headsets over the years. I prefer them to talk on the phone. This is far & away the one I've ever bought. It's definitely worth the money.I like the fact that it doesn't have a volume adjustment or call ending button on the cord. I've had these break on many of my previous headsets.The sound quality for my call recipients has been great. The speaker is also very clear. My only complaint is that the volume is a bit low, however I have no problem hearing and understanding what people say. I also have hearing damage, so this is high praise!Overall I'm extremely happy with this unit.

Easy to use, just plug the USB into the computer and it is ready to use. The controls all work well and the sound is excellent. It wasn't overly tight like some headsets, so no headset headache.

The aux cord broke at the base of the headset making it impossible to fix. Its a bummer too because the mic's sound quality was great.

I love everything about these..........except the lack of inline volume control. As a result, I have to have my phone volume maxed out and, since I use these on the road, they are sometimes not loud enough. I don't know if the headsets with volume controls have a booster or what or if the speakers are more efficient but I've now switched back to using my cheaper Callez headset (I think I paid just under 2- smackers for that). So, I am bummed that these are just not loud enough in heavy traffic and on busy streets etc. Because the sound quality is so good, I would pay $15 more if they had an inline booster/volume control. Again, perhaps its the speaker which is less efficient but could be the reason why they sound so good. I would not buy this model again or recommend it unless you use it for quiet indoor home/office environment.

I have tied a few other brands of these headsets and found these to be the most comfortable I have tried. I use them with a panasonic cordless phone. I needed a 3.5MM to 2.5MM adapter to make them work but already had some of these.

These headsets are excellent and just what I was looking for...that is, until I changed phones. They worked great on my Samsung Galaxy A50, but are NOT compatible with my Motorola Moto G7 Power, and that is direct from Motorola Support. On the MOtot G7, the volume is muted to the point of barely being able to hear the other party. My cheap earbuds work perfect on the Moto G7.

Rien à dire sur la qualité sonore: je me sers de ce casque pour les confs calls , soit connecté sur mon iPhone soit sur mon mac. Par contre, j’ai reçu le produit cassé: le tampon en bout d’arceau à l’opposé du haut-parleur était plié.

Ich habe mir das Headset für die PS4 gekauft. Funktioniert einwandfrei am Kontroller. Sprachqualität, sowohl Hörer als auch Mikrofon ist echt gut, sagen zumindest alle in der Party. Tragekomfort gibt den einen Stern Abzug. Es kann teilweise unangenehm am Ohr werden(drücken), wenn der Kopfhörer nicht genau am Ohr sitzt.Alles in allem verwende ich das Headset jetzt bereits seit mehreren Monaten und würde es definitiv wieder kaufen.
