Latex Paint Remover

This did not lift a thing and it does carry an odor (not a strong odor but definitely an odor). I was able to get the paint off my counter tops with good old fashion Brillo-yes the red box that cost all but $3.99 at your local grocery store. :-)

Wasn't effective on paint I had, but paint may not have been latex.
