TheCreativeDesk T-Rex Dinosaur Hatching Egg Candle (Green)

The kids loved watching the T Rex emerge. It took about 15 minutes to see a hole in the candle, about another 15 to see a T Rex shape, and about another 15 minutes for the final object to fully emerge. The only negative was needing to ensure that the wick did not fall into the wax and burn out during those first 15 minutes. I would let the candle get to the initial hole in the top before bringing it into the kids presence; then they wouldn't have to wait so long and the problem I described would no longer be an issue.

Enjoyed. But thought it would take longer to burn down. It appeared to burn out within an hour and we missed it. However we like the candle and are keeping the dinosaur in The wax the way it melted.

Christmas Present for the Girlfriend. She loved it. Everyone had fun at Christmas watching it slowly melt. Four stars only because the dino is made of glass and the foot was broken off.

My nephew finally burned the candle I got him for Christmas. Unfortunately when he did, both of the dinosaurs feet were broken. Wouldn't have had any idea that was the case until we burned the candle obviously. Not worth the money.

Very cool concept! Husband loved it as a gift! Unfortunate that the wick did not burn evenly. Our t-Rex also lost his legs even though we were very careful about not pulling on him or moving him while he was in the wax just in case the lower wax wasn't warm enough yet.

My mom just sent me pictures of the melted candle, and I think it's really neat!Thank you for making such a unique product!

The idea of this is cool, the Dinosaur it self is really cool and and the egg looks cool. The one I got only burned for about a hour before the wick put itself out, after relighting it burn for 5 to 10 min at a time, and just got to the point were we had to dig it out. I would say its still cool enough to buy just not for $40.

I bought this as a birthday present for my niece. I really think she going to love it. The only thing that could make it better is if they candles were scented.
