Small, quiet, lightweight and convenient USB fan for any office and work environment!
Awesome little fan! The low setting is quiet. The high setting is not so quiet but its not loud enough to annoy anyone. And the high setting is great! I am a hot natured person that sweats a lot and very often. This fan actually cools me down in minutes... even when the office is overheated as it always is during colder weather. And it was perfect after walking in from lunch during the summer. I used to have a honeywell fan that was 10 inches in diameter. I always thought that is what i required but to my surprise this little guy gets the job done. And it does not get dusty like my old fan. And it fits perfectly in my desk. Its not made from the sturdiest plastic, but if its not getting thrown around or anything like that, that should not be an issue.

One of the strongest USB fans out there - seriously.
A bit pricey, but very powerful for its size. This has been frankly the strongest USB powered fan I have ever owned, and I've owned them all from the simple small cloth blades ones to the metal caged ones. Runs very quiet on low and produces a good breeze, but high is where the fan really shows its strength as being an actual fan and not a gimmick or toy. Noise level on high however is audible.Keep expectations in check; at the end of the day the fan is running off USB power. This fan is very strong for its size (worth repeating), but it's not going to replace nor compete with a personal fan like the Vornado Zippi Personal Fan, Black It should reasonably keep any single person at an office desk cool, and it's neat that it can run off an external USB battery for a while. But if you need serious cooling, get a dedicated plug in fan and reason with your bosses at work to not be so stingy with the AC.

Pretty good...
Very impressed by the amount of wind this puts out. And how quiet it is on the low setting. Even the high setting wouldn't disturb your office cube neighbor, though it might be a little loud for a phone conversation. One thing to note, contrary to another reviewer - this will not angle down, only angle up. So you wouldn't be able to set this on a shelf and have blow downwards. Also the rear part of the fan cage will pop off of you so much as give it a dirty look. Another thing is that the slight vibration that this has causes it to "walk" off-target after about a minute. I cut a piece of that foam mat that you put on your kitchen counter top an set the fan on top. This absorbs the vibration so it stays put now. But the best of all - USB powered. A must if your workplace prohibits fans in the name of energy conservation. (because you know they are also bumping the thermostat up a few notches in the summer)

Lightweight, quiet and portable
This is a great little fan. It's very lightweight and easy to carry (all external component are plastic). I run it from a wall outlet or a portable charger. The fan is quiet, especially on setting 1 (which is all I usually need). On level 1 I can still feel a decent breeze from 3–4' away. On level 2 it's a bit louder but it's a steady white noise sound–no rattling or anything intermittent. The reason I only give it 4 stars is that my fan only came with one rubber foot (the other three spots are empty). This results in the fan slowly spinning sideways (rotating on the one foot). I have to brace it up against something heavier to keep it in place. For almost twenty bucks I'd expect something as simple as all the rubber feet being properly in place.

Breezy, cool, wonderful
Got this for my girlfriend to help her keep cool for hours at a time when she doesn't have access to air conditioning.Bought a USB fan from Target earlier this week for the same price and I think all of the money went into the metal body of the fan because the motor and fan blades were cheap and did not move air well at all. I got this after not much research and I am just so flippin happy with it. Far and away better than what we were using before, this is sipping on one of my big battery packs right now, blowing a LOT more air than the only box store USB offering did. I mainly got this to plug into my battery pack so the main feature I was looking for was USB power, and obviously having it work properly and work WELL was essential. This exceeded expectations; if you're looking for a relatively portable fan that you can plug into your computer or into maybe a battery pack, absolutely get this. You will be happy with it.

Moves air and is relatively quiet
The AC in my office has had some issues... so when the sun beams in the 17th story windows here in Seattle it gets toasty! Bought this fan for the size and ease of use. It is small enough to fit on my desk without being obtrusive and only has a light hum on low. High gets a little noisy but is not loud enough to bug any of my neighboring cubes. I love that it is USB powered as I can use my laptop, the USB outlet on my desktop power block, or (as I do now) just plug it into my laptop dock. When my laptop is at my desk the fan runs, when I grab it to go to a meeting the fan stops. It cools me down and I am a big (very very big) guy. Moves more air than I anticipated.

great fan that keeps the wife happy in summer
revised review, 4 stars:the seller YEMENREN reached out and let me know that the cable issue should have been caught by a QA check and they apologized for the inconvenience. they then sent a replacement unit, which we received a couple days ago and is working well. based on this, the review carries 4 stars because there was a QA issue but otherwise we are back in business.original review, 1 star:waste of money, cable stopped working right awaythis fan is no good, the usb cable shorted in a matter of days and the fan is now a piece of junk in a landfill. missed the return window by a few days, waste of money.

Great little personal desk fan
This is the perfect little desk fan for the office. The low speed is quiet and still moves enough air to keep me cool without feeling too windblown. I like that it can be tilted upward. With it being so inexpensive and kind of an unknown brand, I was worried about the quality but so far it's been just perfect. I have accidentally left it running for an entire weekend at work and it didn't overheat . It just needs USB for power - I've even taken it with a USB battery backup to a local pub that has no AC!
