But it does help relieve some pain. I would say it’s a 30% reduction which is nice. I can tell a difference when I’m not taking it and I am going to reorder. Editβ€”I was getting nauseous after taking these and just thought it was normal but worth it for the back pain relief. Looks like the amount of manganese is well above the normal recommended amount and close to passing the safe daily maximum. So I won’t order again because of that.
