## Description

Automatic Voltage Conversion Technology In the past, you have to select the input voltage (by the selector) manually. If the transformer not properly set,it could cause damage the transformer itself and the device trying to power off. SEYAS Automatic Voltage Conversion Technology makes the transformer safer and easily use,it can detect the input voltage and convert to the corresponding you need (U.S.Patent No.US9225259 B2.) 100% Full Load Capacity This latest high level voltage transformer can be used in 110 volt countries and 220 volt countries,It will convert from 220-240 volt to 110-120 volt AND from 110-120 volt to 220-240 volt 50 60 Hz, The Universal 220v Output Socket will accept all types of plugs except the Big South African plug. Provided 100% FULL Load Capacity. Make sure the total starting power does not exceed the maximum capacity of the converter. Over-Current Protection by Circuit Breaker There are 2 input miniature circuit breakers(MCB) installed, once an overcurrent or short circuit happens, the MCB will trip off.MCB is much more sensitive to over current than fuse. Unlike a fuse, which operates once and then must be replaced. Thus, it is safer and easy in use. 7x24hrs Continous Run High efficiency toroidal transformer with stable output and low consumption. With Temperature Rise Test and IEC test report.Soft Start Function Safe start with soft-start Function. A soft-start circuit is built inside to prevent an inrush current at the starting moment. Home circuit breaker not trip off. NOTE: This converter is designed only for European/Asian 220V (Single Phase), and will not Work with American 220/240V (Dual Phase). WARNING: We recommend 3X efficiency factor for high wattage heat producing items such as Air Condition, Welding Equipment etc.

Review: It's good, it's nice, it works. - I ordered this to power my 220 volt German mini-component hi-fi, which requires a constant 220 watts (minimum) or so, and is powered by two outlets. I was interested in the Seyas 500W because it has two international outlets, obviating the need for a power strip, at least for the foreseeable future. The 500 watt rating seemed safe for my application, and given the good reviews (and yes, I thought it was interesting that this item bore a patent) I decided to order it. Well, what do I think? First, the item has updated branding that isn't depicted here. It's similar, but the logo has been refreshed, and it all looks nicer. This is really to say that I was surprised a bit by the presentation of the packaging... which is to say that it's professional and thus completely ordinary. So far, so good! The item itself appears to be well constructed, with metal appearing to be used for all of its faces. The feel and action of all moving parts is good. The power cable is thick and sturdy to the eye. Everything about the item's physical appearance suggests a level of quality one is likely to expect, which is good to the point of being invisible, and that is how it should be I think. The international sockets do fit my German plugs loosely, as others have commented. They stay in fine on their own, but they are loose to the point of what I would consider "breakaway," i.e. they are designed to release the plug freely from the socket in the event of a snag. If you have a cat, and your cat thinks this new object is interesting, your cat brushing against the inserted plugs is enough to loosen them to the point of interrupting the power; very touchy! With my converter placed under my desk, back near the wall, I found that bumping it with a stray outstretched foot is also enough to potentially loosen a plug to the point of power interruption... not conducive to jamming to the tunes, or transferring electricity for that matter! My solution for this is to turn the converter so it is facing away from me. It makes the sockets hard to access (should I need to access them,) but that is the only resolution that I feel doesn't compromise the safe operation of the product. Are all outlets of this nature this loose with German-type plugs? I dunno. Because I don't know, I will give Seyas the benefit of the doubt until I discover otherwise. A lot of people have commented on how coolly the item runs. The item can warm very slightly with prolonged use, which seems normal. While a lot of electronics are designed to run hotter than many people are comfortable with, this is not one of them. You may not even know that it was on at all if you only relied on your perception of temperature to tell you if it were. As far as the actual power, well... a few weeks in and it all seems healthy. My devices are happy, they work!! Mission complete! And, I *would* purchase an additional converter by the same company if the need arose.
Review: Works well and up to spec - This worked well for the last 2 years, powering a Swiss coffee machine that nominally outputs 1450Watts (but more like 4.5Amps peak =~900Watts in practice). The device has a nice heavy toroidal transformer inside and not much else. There is a breaker (not a fuse!) rated at 15A, which should sustain 2000W output for 90 minutes (15A*120=1800) as per the spec.

## Features

- With the SEYAS Advantage, this device boasts Automatic Voltage Conversion Technology (US Invention Patent No. US9225259 B2) that recognizes input voltage and automatically converts it to the corresponding voltage. You no longer need to manually select input voltage! The premium chip inside delivers efficient performance for the transformer, making it a reliable and cost-effective choice.
- Featuring three AC outputs, one US standard socket for 110-120V appliances, and two universal sockets that accept all types of plugs except the Big South African plug for 220-240V appliances, this transformer can be used in countries with voltages ranging from 90V to 125V or 180V to 250V, including the US, Europe, the UK, Japan, and more. Patented Wonpro Upgraded Outlets work well and grip plugs firmly.
- Built to last, the SEYAS Automatic Voltage Converter has a durable design that allows for 7x24hrs operation with 100% loading capacity. The maximum power support is 500Watt, and the high-efficiency toroidal transformer inside delivers stable output and low consumption for a safe, cost-effective use. Built-in silence equipment lowers noise, and the 380 Joules Surge Protector inside protects your appliances from unstable surges.
- The SEYAS Automatic Voltage Converter is safe and simple to use, with a soft-start circuit built inside to prevent an inrush current at the starting moment. The device has two sensitive input mini circuit breakers installed for overcurrent protection, and if an overcurrent or short circuit happens, the circuit breaker inside will trip off and shutoff the transformer. Simply reset the transformer by pressing the button on its back, no need to replace a fuse.
- CE FCC ROHS Certified, the SEYAS Automatic Voltage Converter comes with a 3-year manufacturer's limited warranty. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Don't let voltage differences limit your global experience - get the SEYAS Automatic Voltage Converter today!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this converter work for products that use 240 w? The plugs and the instructions only mention until 230.**
A: It should work fine. Thanks for your question.

**Q: How long is the power cord?**
A: The length is 1.5 meter. Thanks for your question.

**Q: I have a 13am 250 volt fridge. Wil this work for that or do you know of an inverter that will?**
A: Since the wattage of fridge is too large(13*250=3250>1000w), it doesn't fit for it. You should buy 5000w voltage transformer instead. Thanks for your question.

**Q: The power cord of the inverter can be plugged into European outlet with an adapter and will work with appliances? Thank you, best.**
A: If you use an adapter, it's ok. No problem, I think.
I am satisfied with this converter. It's working well, 24/7, no noise.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heavy, economical and effective voltage transformer.
*by T***T on September 11, 2023*

I needed a power supply for a top end European stirring hot plate. This transformer does the job perfectly. It is really heavy, I think about 11 pounds, but it has enough wattage to safely power my 1000 watt hot plate without a hitch. And at a very economical price point. I have had the unit for two years and used it a total of perhaps 25 hours only. But it shows every sign of being a durable appliance. Highly recommended.
