Not getting that warm glow
Firstly the bunny is very cute and my daughter loves it but was very disappointed that the heart doesn't glow. I cannot understand why they skimped on this as it's probably the main feature of the fluffimals.

Picture of item is not the same as item that was received, however it is still compatible with the Fluffimal factory.
I had previously ordered this bunny and I would have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately bunny got eaten by a naughty Labrador having been left behind after she forgot to pack him after leaving her cousins house. As a result my daughter was devastated for a while afterwards. After a few weeks of "I'm not getting you another, learn to look after your toys" lesson, she was still sad about bunny. So I decided to buy a replacement as a surprise and a reward for doing well in her school play. I told her to close her eyes and handed her her new bunny and she started to cry, it wasn't the same bunny. Replacement bunny is completely different to what the picture looks like and what the dead bunny was, it is also a different texture (not as fluffy) when you handle it. I would have returned the item, but my daughter opened the packaging and has now grown attached to it. So now I am continuing to seek out another bunny as a replacement and to match her collection of Fluffimals.

Don’t tell the kids that the heart glows in case it doesn’t
I love the collection. My daughter collects them but this recent purchase of the bunny, my 3 year old was so upset when the heart wouldn’t glow. Must have been a faulty one

Disappointed
Ordered the multi coloured rabbit clearly shown on the selection page, but a grey one arrived. As it was a present I tolderated it but it was not the one advertised.
