Item description: The fan has four modes: off, high (3), medium (2), and low (1) which can be toggled by repeatedly pressing the "on" button and are signified by a small blue LED below each number. The fan appears to be in a charging state when the red LED light is on, and this will be replaced by a green light when it is done charging. If you press and hold the "on" button a for a few seconds a small, white LED light on the right side of the fan will turn on. It can be turned off by pressing and holding the "on" button again. This light isn't particularly bright or powerful, but it might be handy if you just want a touch of ambient light in the dark. There is also a small opening along the top of the fan which can be easy used to hang it.
