Refurbished Amazon echo
Loving this Amazon echo my friend set it up for me and I was so impressed I ordered another one for my youngest daughter who has just had a baby. The screen is quite big and the sound is excellent, I love the way the screen follows you around if you so desire..I'm waiting to put Spotify on but you can get YouTube and amazon music etc so five stars definitely.Refurb

Very handy device
Great device with a good sound . Very quirky looking echo with decent sized display which moves towards sound. My wife finds it a bit creepy , but i like it.

Glitchy and Unresponsive
I’ve had this product over a year now, love the concept!This is by far the worst Alexa unit I’ve owned though, it’s unresponsive most of the time, it doesn’t do some routines properly (a simple task, started failing to work one day), the screen glitches regularly if you use more then one timer!It does sound pretty great and the motion for the most part does what it should do.All update and restarted, definitely feels like Amazon has abandoned the product!

Welcome to our family Alexa
I bought an Echo Pop whilst on offer during July Prime Day for my office and loved it! Then I saw the Echo Show and thought this will be just the ticket for the kitchen.Love it! It is intuitive, it recognises your voice (and that of my partner, but more about that a bit further down).I've discovered Alexa in a big way, she is so helpful. However, the one big thing I've noticed is my partner using it. When he's pottering about in the garden, he usually get the portable Bose out and then starts strolling through his music on his phone to find what he wants to listen to, well I can't tell you how surprised I was to hear Genesis playing, when downstairs to find he'd asked Alexa to play it for him, now my partner is a dinosaur when it comes to anything technical, can just about use the internet and TV remote. However even he seems chuffed with the ease at which he can listen to what he wants instead of having to go onto his phone, press fast forward etc. One other little thing (but a biggy for him). As I was preparing to go shopping yesterday, I kept saying "Alexa, add........ to my shopping list", which she did, however, when I opened my list up, I found things on there I know I hadn't added, had Alexa had a moment, no but my partner had! He realised we needed milk, I didn't check as I don't have milk and asked Alexa to add it! now that is progress.I've only just skimmed the surface of what the Echo Show has to offer, I'm sure there is much more to exploreAll the above said, along with this, the picture is great, the sound is excellent so what is there not to like?

1st Gen or 3rd Gen. Which is it Amazon?
This is being sold as 3rd Gen, however, it says 1st Gen, so which is it Amazon?I had a replacement sent, still says 1st Gen.For the money its good value.Doubtful its 3rd Gen otherwise it would say so!
