One of them quit working - I actually got trapped in my bedroom because it wouldn't open. The knob is beautiful but the workings are crap. I called the company and they were like, "Sorry about your bad luck." They would do nothing about it. The handles were expensive, so that was very aggravating. My daughter bought some beautiful crystal knobs by Schlage on Amazon - I wish I had done the same.
