I've been wearing night swannies for at least an hour before bedtime for two nights. I think they're helping me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. I wake up more refreshed and look forward to continuing my new routine! Also, the day swannies are awesome too! I can really tell the difference compared to the inexpensive ones I've been wearing for the last few years.

I don't watch much TV in the evenings but I do read a lot on a Kindle. Sometimes the Fire and sometimes the old keyboard one but it has a LED light. And I do look at stuff on my phone which does have the blocker for blue but I always forget to turn it on. I've only had these a few days but I can really tell a difference in getting to sleep when I use them.

I recently spent 13 hours behind a computer screen completing taxes. Normally I'd have a massive migraine. I have used other brands of glasses with gamma ray lens and these by far are the best yet. This is the 6th brand I've tried.I ordered small but they are a bit wide and more lose on my face than my costa's.4 stars because the cost is way high and should have a better quality set of frames to go with those awesome lens!

These glasses are fantastic - my eyes always became red & strained if I was in front of a computer for too long and these glasses have made a huge difference. I also wear them if I am watching tv before bed and I can literally feel the strain taken off my eyes as soon as I put them on. I ordered a small size as I read that these were a good fit for ladies and they were perfect. Shipping was quick & the product arrived safely. Highly recommend!

Does not work and is inferior to markedly cheaper uvex brand lab goggles. When looking at blue lights (such as monitor power lights or many phone chargers) the color is affected but is clearly visible. When wearing $7 uvex goggles the light appears off entirely. for $90 you would expect a product which does what it purports to do. For those looking to remove blue light before sleeping the uvex is clearly better.

These glasses fit great (as a 5' tall woman I got the smaller pair) which is great because they filter out all light and there are no gaps. Having them fit so well ensures that they are working just as they were designed to. I am very pleased with these light filtering glasses. I put them on a couple of hours before bed and I found that they have really helped. They are especially great if I am using my Kindle to read or on my mobile device before bed.

These glasses run small, it doesn't seem like they are adult size. The lenses just go to the edge of my eyes and they are tight on my head. They seem to be lightweight but it is hard to appreciate this quality since they are snug. There is quite an orange tint which takes some getting used to. I do not wear them to sleep only when watching tv before bed however I have been sleeping better so they must be helping.
