Make In A Weekend―Afghans To Crochet

This is a great little book! Afghans can be made following the patterns as they are printed, or you can be creative with colors and sizes. I selected an afghan that was shown as all one color in the book, but I made it using 3 different colors and then created a border that was not shown in the book. These are wonderful patterns for afghans that are easy and don't take a long time to make.

Great patterns! Exactly what I was looking for~~simple, easy but beautiful afghan patterns. I have 7 grandkids and I'm making each an afghan for Christmas. I'll be able to complete the last two using your wonderful patterns!

If you are looking for giftable items that won't take weeks or months, this one may work for you. The projects use mass market yarn that is widely available and each project could come in as budget friendly. Looking to expand my blanket repertoire, I purchased this booklet.Right now, I am working on the last project called Just for Her. It is straightforward with an easy stitch repeat and is moving fairly quickly. As I don't spend a full day crocheting, I anticipate this one to take several evenings while watching one- or two-hour television shows at a cost of under $25. I tried the bulky projects but was reminded that I don't care for projects with large hooks and quickly abandoned them but may try to adapt them for worsted.The booklet will fit easily into your bag.

My crochet knowledge is minimal. This book is great!!

This small book was easy for a 77 year olds eyes to read, and also very easy directions to follow. I haven't begun a project yet - waiting for yarn to be delivered,.Instructions include: type and quantity of yarn needed, crochet hook size, gauge information to adjust to your style, and very simple to follow instructionsI'm glad I purchased this book and will probably end up doing every afghan in it.

This is a nice small book with crochet patterns for adults and babies that are easy that can be made in a weekend instructions are easy to read

Lovely little paperback book, with some lovely blanket patterns - very easy to follow clear instructions for each pattern. Would highly recommend even for beginners.

Easy patterns. Took me a little more than a weekend to make one. Would have been better if i had used the crochet recommended on the wool and not the one suggested in the pattern.

Le format est compact et peut être emporté partout.C'est plus un livret qu'un livre mais le produit est conforme à la description. Les modèles sont faciles à faire et rapides. Même s'il faut l'avouer, seules les crocheteuses très rapides réussiront à finir les modèle complexes en un week-end.
