Is there a water bottle pocket or holder on this bag?

No, the outside is fairly smooth. I put my water bottle in one of the two smaller compartments on either end (the side that isn't meant for shoes).

What are the actual product dimensions of this bag? the amazon prod. description says 22"x8"x13", but then the prod. details says 21.7"x8.3"x13.8".
