My parents are approaching their 60s. My father 57, is always grumpy, moody and depressed.This book told me my dad badly needs help with his testosterone. He doesn't need to take his antidepressant which i think is not fixing his problems. My mother 55 and in menopause and her doctor gave her a couple of meds and antidepressant. They are not helping her. I think they are making all her menopause symptoms worst. She gained a lot of weight and is losing her hair. This book explained what women are going through before and during menopause and that natural hormones are the best way to go. Thank you Dr for this well-explained, well thought through, user-friendly book! So now that I am well informed I can help my parents understand what they are going through and I can be their advocate when they speak to their doctors.
